Honovee plans, analyzes, organizes, and integrates capabilities for the Persistent Surveillance Systems-Tethered (PSST) program for the Army. We have expertise in the areas of sustainment, requirements development, test and evaluation, independent validation and verification, (IV&V), integration, cyber security, engineering change proposals (ECP), and a variety of other engineering services to ensure a secure and fully mission capable system.
